    I am not really a fan of this. It would take too much of your time and provide little additional value.

    Since people are into the notification aspect of the app, maybe just do that. I would probably pay for that myself, and I'm pretty cheap.

    If I do this, it would be using something like Phone Gap. I don't have the time to maintain multiple versions of a mobile app. I'm not sure I have time to maintain even one...

    The twitter bootstrap and dynamic layout do a pretty nice job of making CB readable in the browser. At a minimum, it'd be great to just write a Phone Gap container and load the existing CB within it. This would allow for alerts & notification icons when: one your threads is replied to, you have board mail, you blessed with a suspension etc.
