Allow us to request a reciprocal ignore for a single moderator
Give users the option to voluntarily request a reciprocal ignore for a moderator (can only request 1 moderator though). The moderator won't be able to see the user's posts or participate in moderation relating to the user.

-Maybe limit it to moderators who are not Super Moderators;
-possibly make this a subscriber only perk
